The best thing to do is to ensure that your spine is lined up against the back of your seat in the sitting position and that your headrest is supporting the middle of your head. Don’t hunch forward and make sure both of your feet are resting on the floor firmly.


Traveling with back pain can be made easy as long as you know how to manage it. Sure, you can take a pain reliever here and there, but it will wear off. You can make your pain more manageable by altering the way you sit in the car or what you sleep on.
